We are a volunteer run organization, our rental coordinator will try to confirm your rental within the week. Read through our website for the most up to date information.
If your date is available, we will send you the rental agreement, insurance requirements, cleaning checklist, and EMT payment instructions.
This form is an inquiry only. Submitting it does not hold your date. Your booking is confirmed only after the signed rental agreement and deposit are received.
Single day rentals require a $500 deposit. Multi-day rentals require a $1000 deposit. Both are due immediately. We will only hold your date for 7 days. All payments must be made via EMT to: keephillsrentals@gmail.com
Payments will be due 30 prior to your booking: Off season (Oct 1 - June 30) and 60 days prior to peak season (July 1 - Sept 30).
